We collect only what we need to hold a villa and meet you at the harbour.
What we collect
When you book or send an enquiry we store your name, email, phone if you give one, the villa, dates, and guest count. Payment is handled by our payment provider. We do not store card numbers on this site.
Why
To check availability, confirm the stay, time the launch, and reply if the dates are taken. Enquiry messages are read by the resort desk.
Who sees it
PML Privilege Resort staff who run reservations, and the payment provider that processes the charge. We do not sell guest details.
How long, and how to ask
We keep reservation records for the stay and for accounting. To ask what we hold about you, or to correct it, email stay@pml.com.
